1. Agreement

PicurPhoto Dashboard (“PicurPhoto”, “we”, “us”) provides booking and gallery management tools for photographers. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including teams you invite.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Trials may be revoked if we suspect abuse.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• No sending spam or bypassing security controls.
• No resale or white-labeling without written permission (except via the built-in features).

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may export your data before deletion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicurPhoto Dashboard is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, consequential damages, or issues caused by third-party providers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with notice via email or dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
