Refund Policy

PicurPhoto Dashboard is a subscription service. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime from the Account → Subscription page; service remains active until the end of the billing period.
• Paid amounts are not refunded for partial periods, downgrades, or unused time.
• If we materially fail to deliver the service, contact support within 14 days and we will review the account for a pro-rated credit.

Trials

Trials are free and convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the trial end date.

EU/UK consumer rights

If mandatory refund or withdrawal rights apply, email billing@picurphoto.com with your workspace URL and invoice ID. We comply with those regulations where required.
